What do you think about this? What's going on?
Learning Annex teaching Pornography. What do YOU think?
There is an actual school called the Learning Annex in Los Angeles that has classes on "How to make money in the Adult Business." They teach you how to make videos, post things online, etc. In other words, how to become a pornographer.
I contacted the National Organization for Women about this, and they were very rude to me; they told me that they don't get involved in "things like that" and to not "waste their time." "If you don't like it, don't take the class."
So, it's ok for the image of women to be pornographic images? Oh, sure, I am sure that helps women improve via empowerment!
How disgusting!
Women don't care?
Ok. That's how I tried to help (I am a man).
Here's MY question: What can you do about this?!

Porn has been a "legitimate" business for decades. The legitimacy is in the eye of the beholder I suppose, but hundreds of millions are spent on varying degrees of pornographic entertainment.
What really defines the label "porn"? My grandparents felt Playboy was porn. Then larry Flynt raised (lowered) the bar w Hustler. NOW............WOW....& how sad........
I understand your point though, & where do we draw the line & clean up some of this mess?
I happen to enjoy erotica/porn myself, but children should be beter shielded from the barage of pornographic images EVERYWHERE!!
How would you solve this proposition.....a dear friend once pointed an accusation at me stating, "It's because of men like you, who would read Playboy that women are forced to take their clothes off for money!"
My response? "Hmmm, could it be...it's because of men like me that women have a CHOICE of whether to remove their clothes for money...OR NOT!! ?"

You can stop buying porn yourself. You can organize a local boycott of porn retailers. You can use your personal circle of influence to distribute your message and encourage others to do the same - word of mouth is a powerful force in the marketplace. I was tolerant of the porn industry until the internet brought it into my home. It's one thing to know where the stores are and what kinds of products you will find there, but it is an entirely different matter when a teenager can access these images from his own home. And as soon as security software is developed to block it, the programmers find a way around it.

Yes. Sex is a natural act that was spoken into belief by God. If a person loves sex and enjoys doing it then of course they should be paid. Sex happens all day in different countries. Some people are terrible at sex acts and others are just too good. Some people have reached that peak where they have sex down to a science and these special people should be paid. Pornogophy has been here since the world was created.

Pornography should be illegal in any form, even soft porn. We don't have to be half (or all naked) to see beauty or be encouraged to lust. How many rapists and murderers have been pushed by pornography?
The US has a watered down version of right and wrong. Our right is if you make alot of money doing something it is ok. Our wrong is pretty much non-existent unless we are physically hurting someone else and sometimes that doesn't even matter.

Would it help if I buy another video? My God can't we leave anything alone? This industry provides employment and enjoyment to hardworking people. Take that away from them and you better be standing at the gate with a job offer that pays better than minimum wages. I have not heard of any disgruntled employees in that industry that went postal from stress.

Perhaps many feminists believe that women have a right to do with their bodies as they wish. And if they want to display themselves in porn movies, then so be it.
Whose body is it anyway? What right do people like you have to forbid these women from acting in porn movies?
There is nothing worse than unsolicited help for people who do not wish to be helped. This kind of help is not help but unethical interference in other people's lives.

Pornography must not be legitimized because it will degrade the morality of people which is inimical to public order.
