I have seen sites that sell human urine for "control samples" in at home drug tests. Are there any legal issues that one should worry about when trying to sell such samples? Shipping body fluids and selling samples that could be used illegally in drug tests are two primary concerns. Any thoughts would be helpful.

LIBERALISM.

Not more prayer in the schools, "traditional values", and religion in government. The middle east has too much of that crap. What they need is more feminists, secularists, humanists, and liberals and much less fundies/conservatives.

Muslim liberals do exist. Read the following. While reading it see if you can draw any parallels between the middleast's and Americas liberals/conservatives.

I wrote the latest book just to say that the problem is not from outside, the problem is from ourselves; if we don't change ourselves, nothing will change," Hamad said over coffee in the green marbled lobby of an upscale hotel near Dammam, the city along the Gulf where he lives.

His earlier books challenging sexual and political mores remain banned.

Thats the point Most americans are making . Liberal or not ,we all know whats been going on the last 7 years .
A systematic debt piled on the working class while the rich make a tidy profit from it all .
We got what we deserved if we did not do more to keep Bush out of the white house in the first place .

Americans are as stupid as I suspected . Those who voted Bush just more so .

The question is how can anyone possibly still support Bush . The 30% die hard Bush fanatics please explain why .
Its criminal to pile a debt on society as large as this one that profits the rich and penalizes the poor working class .
Only the working class can pay a tax . Cause corporations just raise the price on products and services to meet there tax burden and it falls back onto the working people .

I want to appeal the outcome of a formal hearing I recently had in order to get my drivers licence reinstated regarding a past DUI offence. I was denyed. I truly have learned my lesson about the dangers of drinking and driving. It impairs ones Judgement. One decieves himselfe if he thinks he can do both. I have met "all" court ordered mandates. Every single one. And I'm tired of this stuff. Going to more classes in order to establish that you have a support system. There's nothing wrong with that in theory. But when youv'e stopped drinking on your own, as a result of what youve learned, what else can you do. More classes, and evaluations are expensive.I'm tired of all this. I want to finally be free of this stuff and go on with my (driving) life. Should I appeal the desicion of the formal hearing. It's a scarry and complicated porcess to do this. Am I crazy. I 'm willing to fight it. But Is it worth it. Is it feasable. I'm a poor person. Please assist me if you can. thank you. D.J.

Anyways any help would be great.

"Let all who are under the yoke of slavery regard their masters as worthy of all honor, so that the name of God and the teaching may not be blasphemed. Those who have believing masters must not be disrespectful to them on the ground that they are members of the church; rather they must serve them all the more, since those who benefit by their service are believers and beloved. Teach and urge these duties."

"Whoever teaches otherwise and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that is in accordance with godliness, is conceited, understanding nothing, and has a morbid craving for controversy and for disputes about words. From these come envy, dissension, slander, base suspicions, and wrangling among those who are depraved in mind and bereft of the truth."

I know someone who commited an ARMED robbery, and he got 6 months in the county jail. He was always in trouble. But my other friend stole someone's purse with no weapon and got 8 months to 6 years. He was in a little trouble when he was younger and this was his first charge as an adult, and got sent up state. They both had a Public Defender, and seen the same Judge. How can the court system allow this. Is this Unfair? To me I think it is perjustice and I just want to know what everyone else thinks; and is it legal for a Judge to do this?

The general perception and understanding of majority of westerners do associate terrorism with Islam. Western media is full of Islamic Terrorists doing this, planning that.

Why is it when Timothy McVeigh kills hes not a Christian Terrorist? Why arnt members of the Ku Klux Klan called White Christian terrorists?

Why arnt there any Jewish? Atheist? Hindu? Parsi Terrorists?

Dont they kill the same way too? Is is to hard for the ppl in the west to comprehend it coulda been the work of a sicko? Most so called "Islamic" Terrorists are social rejects, have beens. Killers. druggies, rapists. What line is it that they cross from being an ordinary criminal to being associated with a muslim name and being called an Islamic Terrorist. Why associate a entire religion with some demented and sick person. Ppl whose 99.9% population consists of peaceful loving citizens.
Why cant he just be a terrorist?

A lot of right-wing Christians like to point out how "violent" Muslims are.

So lets be fair, and see how peaceful Christians have been over, say, the last century:

World War 1: millions dead--all Christians killed by other Christians
Amristar, India, 1919: hundreds ofHindus (unarmed) gunned down--by Christians
Hundreds of blacks lynched in the Jim Crow South--all Christians murdered by Christiians
World War 2--millions of Christians killed--by other Christians (plus six million Jews--killed by Christians
and lest we think this all just history, don't forget the "ethnic cleansing" in the Balkans a few years ago--thousands of Muslims killed, women and children included--but they also systematically raped the Muslim women whil they were at it--all done by "Christians"

Don't you agree Christians are really peaceful?

Can't anyone else see this?

We have become more like England than ever before!

Through taxes-territories-slavery(American businesses paying slave wages to adults and children for higher profits)-waging war for gold, oil that is!

Now everyone wants religion and prayer in school!

We revolted against all of this over 200 years ago!

He is against the war, but he was so moved by this story that he felt compelled to help. What makes this so weird is that she hasn't actually even left for Iraq yet - and he was moved enough to track her down himself. I don't agree with his political stance on the war, but when he puts up a yellow ribbon that he supports the troops - he, at least,
isn't just whistling Dixie. Kudos Mr. Baldwin!

Their arguments are:
1. Why other tribes didn't follow?
2. Why the traffic didn't run both ways?

My answer is .....

1. They did and hHumanity didn't move in a big pack across the globe, nor did they spontaneously pop up everywhere. Some groups migrated, others didn't.

2. Because there was no people in the America
before the Natives came.

Do you still have any argument to refute the fact that the Natives came from Asia via Bering Strait?
