Blow up the existing monument, wiping away Washington and Jefferson and Lincoln.
Since Bush and Cheney are working so hard to destroy the Constitution and everything this county was founded upon, it's only fair that they eliminate any monuments to those who created this country and defined the Constitutional principles.
That will make their coup complete.
