I am a Hawaii resident. My Landlord gave me a verbal eviction.
Statting that I need to vacate permisses today 03/31/2007. As a tenant what is my legal rights?

Your landlord must give you at least 10 days notice. It does not, technically, have to be in writing unless your lease states that it does. I suggest you consult an attorney, and find another place to live.
