I have seen sites that sell human urine for "control samples" in at home drug tests. Are there any legal issues that one should worry about when trying to sell such samples? Shipping body fluids and selling samples that could be used illegally in drug tests are two primary concerns. Any thoughts would be helpful.

if anyone is a willing buyer, let them. If it becomes widespread the real drug tests would require more supervision, and aren't blood tests much more reliable?

It's not so much the legal issues that a person should be considered about, as it is the moral reasons, makes it wrong. Two wrongs don't make a right. Also, should a person have some kindof infectiuos desease, would you want that to be shipped next to., let's say, your daughters birthday present from grandma, or spill any where?

If it is illegal to use drugs, it is illegal to use some one else's body fluids, to cover them up. If a perons is caught, what shall they say the urine is for?? If it were illegal, it would kinda defeat the probation officers job, and it would be sold at your common drug strore, and defeat rhe purpose of testing a particular "person" for drug use. Technically, this could be considered, aiding and abetting another person to knowingly break the law, and tampering with evidence, interfering with the courts orders, viloating health codes, mail codes, etc, etc. If a person gets in trouble for substituting some one else's urine, during the drug test, and it is illegal for any one other than a certified Hospital, or Doctor's office to send or receive body fluids, how much more illegal does it make it, to sell it for illegal practices, to help some one else break the law???? Think about it.........

I don't know if this is true or not, but I have heard that DNA can be found in urine. Would you like to be cloned? And how many? Or how about this thought? - Placing one at the scene of a crime they didn't even commit, and were no where near. All I know is that the post office asks if liquids are within a package being shipped. Whether they deem it illegal or not I don't know.

Actually, no it isn't legal in the USA. The reason is simple. It's a serious health hazard.
