We're coming up on "Holocaust Remembrance Day".
A day to remember what many call the most horrible attrocity in human history; to the point that Jewish organizations such as the ADL won't ever let America forget.

Yet, I'm of German/Russo-Jewish descent and none of my family were killed in the Holocaust. No, rather, my great grandparents and their children were mercilessly sent to their premature demise at the hands of Stalin in the Soviet Gulags.

It's only by a miracle that my mother was able to reach Italy and continue to live a normal life after the fact.

Yet today, in America, Europe and the world-over...no one remembers the gulags, the pain, the suffering, the 15 million Russians, Poles and more who were sentenced to a gruesome demise. No, all we hear about today is the "six million" killed in Germany; their pain, their suffering, how we all owe them something.

Because Russia was America's ally in WWII, it gives them the right to forget? Pretend it never happpened?

I have been activley following international politics since 9/11and have watch the American media manipulate the minds of it's people. From an outsider looking in I'm saddened that you guys swallow the crap that they feed you. The rest of the world fortunatly sees things very differently as we dont have FOX controlling our minds.

the cheerleaders for Bush were loud and clear when he was popular,, after standing on the rubble at the World Trade Centers shouting,, " I can hear you, and the people who knocked down these buildings will be hearing from all of us soon".

then he showed his cowardice by attacking the wrong man,, invading Iraq and involving the US in their civil war that has ensued.

Saddam had NOTHING TO DO WITH 9-11,,,, everybody with a brain knows that,, even Bush (who allows Rove to have his)

Why is Osama bin Laden, who is to blame for the attacks of 9-11,,, still FREE and retraining the Taliban and al Qaeda?

now the Right Wing, born-again Christians realize that they are on the wrong side of righteousness,,, so they are praying for Bush and his doctrine,, but running from the Republican Party,, WWJD?

The GOP (Grand Ole Party) is over,,, why won't the Bush followers admit they were wrong and morally bankrupt,,, , why do they chose to perpetuate the lies instead?

If we have to fight a war against Iran, should we put sanctions than on President Bush to impeach him? Is this insanity? ****... It' just bugs the hell out of me that we would enter another war that we should not fight. How about you?

If you have asked yourself this question, as I have please take a look at this video from Barack Obama back in June. Even if you havent questioned it and want to "figure out" what this guy stands for you owe it to yourself to educate yourself about all the candidates to make an informed decision. Please check it out. http://www.barackobama.com/issues/faith/

Here's the deal:

Approx. 3 years ago, I had a guy who used to work with me install my sound in my car. He left my phone number in his phone and later that night, his girlfriend called me. It was like 2 in the morning. I told her who I was and what her boyfriend did for me. She continued to call me and just sit on the hone saying nothing. I turned my phone off for the night in hopes she would stop calling. Since then, I get random phone calls from a blocked phone number. I have figured out that if I accept the call, I can go online to see who is calling me from the private number. I got the number and called her boyfriend to verify it is her. The sad thing is that she keeps calling me and it's been three years. Apparently, she thinks her bf cheated on her with me. But,I was wondering if there is any way I could file for harrassment charges. I've asked the girl to stop calling me and I hang up on here everytime she calls. I also called my cell phone provider & they can not block the #.

Let's face it: even though Saddam Heussain was evil, he still ran Iraq. We shouldn't bring our form of government into Iraq because they are working just fine and don't want our form of government.

The only reasons I can find why Bush is in office are:
Gore is not good at campaigns.
Nader ran. If he decided to with Gore in his campaign the people who would have voted for him would have voted for Gore, thus making him win.
Bush got his brother to rig the polls. This may just be like the monica lewinsky scam but I believe it is true.

All Bush has done is strand about 50,000 soldiers in Iraq, not prevent 9/11, and spend way too much money.

If gore was in office, he probably could have prevented 9/11. and it would have been another day, just like in the New Year's eve scandal of 2000 (something was soppoused to blow in certain cities at 12:00 in each time zone, starting with NY.) Or if they let Clinton go after Osama, Osama would be dead by now.

My little brother got into a fight where the other boy's dad was there saying ,"go ahead and hit him" My brother is on house arrest so he was trying not do anything and trying to walk away from the situatuation, but the other boy and his dad cam onto the lawn and started calling my little brother names and trying to get him to fight. The police was called and my mom asked to press charges against the dad and the boy, but the officers refused to take the report. Is there anything that my family can do about this. Please help and reply back quickly.
Thanks,
Mary

School classes could be rearranged to include ideas on stopping pollution. Don't the children deserve a say in their own futures? If government ordinances that mandate being hooked up to sewage and allow unlimited dumping of waste were dismissed, new ways to handle this waste is already available that could save our water and land. And if you learned that government would not relinquish their control, would you be angry?

9/11 was bad, but it happened almost 4 years ago, and NOTHING has happened since. In the UK, Russia, India, Spain, Italy, Greece and many other countries, there has been and still is a far greater threat of some kind of terrorist act, yet (apart from lapdog Blair) none has declared a 'war on terror'.
