The oil company's are madly in love with him, Halburton and other no bid defense contractors are thrilled, and the 28% of the lost souls in the population that have the misfortune to still support him. Oh you said groups that mattered, never mind. .

Just to be fair Bill Clinton only got 43% of the vote himself.. But to answer your question that is one of George Bush's biggest problems he is a guy who cant bring people together, He can only drive a wedge into people, and then you have to choose his way ( right only ) or the other way ( Wrong always ) I'm so glad I'm a Democrat, And I did not vote for him in either elections.. So its someone Else's fault, lol..

Absolutly. President Geoge W. Bush has so much compassion and care for all Americans, including you and me and he does have a passion for serving the hearts and minds of any groups that matter.

I think his wife still puts up with him and Cheney kind of likes him. His parents put up with him but that is only because they are his parents. But then in the total scheme of things they don't matter. So I would say no he has not won hearts and minds of anyone that matters.

Uh, got elected twice. Won the electoral colege, twice. Beat Gore, like 5 times, or however many times they recounted those chads. You may call him stupid, but he's not going to start making movies on enviromental theories in 2009. That is for sure.

Every heart and mind Bush ever got wasn't won. It was bought.

I guess not. But he did win the presidency. Do you mean he hasn't won the hearts and mind of the French? I hold that France doesn't matter a hell of a lot.
