Your best bet, and depending what your wife is on probation for, is to talk to the probation officer. Since you are in the military, I'm sure the probation department will try to help you.

She can leave only with the permission of her probation officer. If she leaves without the permission of her probation officer and the court, she coul dbecome a fugitive.
Unless she is required to check in regularly, she might be able to get permission to leave or have her probation changed to informal status. She needs to speak with her P.O. on Monday and ask. She may have to go back to court, so be prepared to get an attorney if this is needed.

She needs to speak with her Probation Officer. This can be taken care of but you need to follow the procedure through the Probation Office.

You will need to discuss this with your attorney. Depending on the crime she did perhaps she will be allowed to leave. Cause probation officers are in every state avaiable. If you have children, indeed your wife needs to move with you than . Nevertheless, the best is to ask yur attorney for advice. Good luck!

She will have to get permission from her state (CA) to leave and to the state where you are going, you will need to supply them the address you are moving to and the reasons behind it) They do not have to let her, but should, it will take time for the transfer so do it a couple months ahead at least

that depends on her probation officer. if he is a humane person he will approve her transfer, unless he thinks he can put the make on her while you are gone , it has been done before. as they are pretty sick people to begin with.
