Is there any possible way to look up and see if somebody has a valid drivers lisence???

If its for court, the court can issue a warrant to the appropriate state agency.

send your request to the dept. of motor vehicles or the drivers license board in your area with the amount of money needed. usually $5.00

if its court evidence, have your lawyer do it.. otherwise, its NONE OF YOUR buisness..
