I want to appeal the outcome of a formal hearing I recently had in order to get my drivers licence reinstated regarding a past DUI offence. I was denyed. I truly have learned my lesson about the dangers of drinking and driving. It impairs ones Judgement. One decieves himselfe if he thinks he can do both. I have met "all" court ordered mandates. Every single one. And I'm tired of this stuff. Going to more classes in order to establish that you have a support system. There's nothing wrong with that in theory. But when youv'e stopped drinking on your own, as a result of what youve learned, what else can you do. More classes, and evaluations are expensive.I'm tired of all this. I want to finally be free of this stuff and go on with my (driving) life. Should I appeal the desicion of the formal hearing. It's a scarry and complicated porcess to do this. Am I crazy. I 'm willing to fight it. But Is it worth it. Is it feasable. I'm a poor person. Please assist me if you can. thank you. D.J.

You should have been denied!!!You was drinking and driving..In my opinion if a person gets 1 dui they should never get their liscense back...Your carelessness could have costed someone their life....It's ridiculous!!! And I am sorry for this soundng so rude, but it frustrates me to no end when people drink or use use drugs and then get behind the wheel...So many deaths are caused by drunk drivers..Maybe you learned your lesson, if so, good for you.. But my guess is that you didn't...How many times had you gotten behind the wheel while intoxicated BEFORE you got caught???? Now imagine that each time you had drank and then drove someone lost their life......THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

YOU'RE TIRED OF THIS STUFF!!!!

Ask the arrresting officer how much he enjoys investigating a collision in which several people are dead, and the cause is alcohol.

Not worth it. Go through the classes, and whatever else they ask of you.
