Ok here is the situation I'm in right now. I bought a wrecked vehicle from a dealership with a Certificate of Destruction from the state of Florida. I understand all that is implied with that kind of title and that it needs to be inspected. I live in the state of Ohio and it is legal to get it inspected and get a self assembled title issued to the car so it can be driven around on the street. So I fixed the car up and set up an appointment at the local state highway patrol office only to find out when I get there that they wont inspect it. Reason being the company did not put the title in my name. The car was not registered in the Companies name from the get go, there for they did not sign it over to me. I called them and told them what happened and they told me to give them the title. So I did about 6 to 7 months ago. Every time I call them (3 or 4 times a week) they continue to tell me they are working on it. Nothing has been done and all I get from them is lies. What should I do???

Hi:
Me and my girlfriend who is canadian have decided to get married. I'm not a canadian, just here on a student visa. So my question is, how does it work? How long does it take to get the permanent resident status? Because in the standard immigration procedure, it takes work experience and all that. But since I lack total points or whatever, what should I do?

ok, i uploaded a photo and sent it into a contest not thinking that it would be chosen as one of the photos to be published. i got a letter saying that i have to verify that it's my copy righted. although i'm not the one who took the photo, i have my friend's (the one who took the photo) permission to send it into the contest. is that wrong? becuase, the photo will be published under my name, not my firend's. should i include that in my statement (that my friend gave me the pemission)? or should i not say anything? i'm not intending to get all the credit for this.

This idiotic Republican, who wouldn't even admit to being a Republican ("I am a conservative who doesn't happen to be a Republican"), just absolutely reeks of nonsense and constantly spews rubbish on CNN.

Am I the only person who cannot stand him and just wish to sit on his face and fart?

Right up front let me say that I agree that Saddam needed to be deposed. But why did we stop the hunt for Osama, the man responsable for the tragedy of 9/11, and invade Iraq? It has been proven that there was not an Iraqi involved with 9/11. Most of the hijackers were from Saudi Arabia. Iraq had no ties with Al Quida at the time, of course Al Quida is now in Iraq to fight America but at the time of the attack on the twin towers there was no connection between the two. Now the only thing that we see is unrest in Iraq brought on by our presence there. Now I am not one to say that we cut and run, I think that we need to stay until the job is done, but should we have gone into Iraq in the first place?

but it is not illegal for a child to act out in school disrupting other kids education.

I don't want you to blame it on child mentality because if it is 5 out of 20 children acting out then it is not due to mentality or age... It is due to them knowing they can get away with it. Children know right from wrong, and they also learn what they can get away with.... IT'S CALLED OPERATE CONDITIONING!

Given her husband Bills comments that "he detested the military" and Hillary's comments as first Lady that she did not want to see any uniforms in the White House will our fine military be happy with her as their Commander and Chief.

According to the Russian weekly magazine Argoumenty nedeli, a military action will proceed during the first week of April, before Easter catholic and orthodoxe (this year they are celebrated the 8), when the "Western opinion" is on leave. It may be also that Iran is struck Friday 6, public holiday in the Moslem countries. According to the American diagram, it will be a striking of only one day which will last 12 hours, 4 hours of morning to 16 hours of afternoon. The code name of the operation is to date "English ****" (Bite). A score of Iranian installations should be touched. With their number, centrifugal machines of uranium enrichment, centers of studies and laboratories. But the first block of the nuclear thermal power station of Bouchehr will not be touched. On the other hand, the Americans will neutralize the DCA, will run several Iranian buildings of war in the Gulf and will destroy the key positions of command .

If you go in a store and steal something (like put it in your pocket or purse) and then make additional purchases with a credit card, and someone later sees you commit the crime when reviewing security tapes, can the store track down your personal information from the credit card company and have you arrested?

My b/f and i broke up about 3 weeks ago because we were not working out. The understanding was that even before we broke up he was to come see him whenever he wanted and to pick us up on weekends because iam breastfeeding and we both agreed that breastfeeding was the right thing for our baby since we saw how bad of gas he had to the formula. Now he doesn't want me comming over on weekends so he wants to go to court for weekend just to hurt me and wants to give our child baby formula because his mother put into his head that he should not have to drive 20 minutes to come see his son. shes only doing that because shes not willing to come over to my house to see him. My son is only 3 months and i told them until i stop breast feeding prob in about 5 more months he will be over the ever weekend without me and whenever the father wants to see him. I dont see a problem with this i think they might try to secretly take me to court. What can i do to prepare what can they sy to take himfrm me

The official FEMA reports say that they do not currently have an explaination for the collapse of WTC 7, but the report said that the collapse not likely caused by fire.

That the NIST reported that officials were not rehired to complete the investigation, so they currently cannot explain the collapse.

Why do you think they cannot explain part of the original conspiracy theory of the worst attact in American history?

So, nearly everyday (I take off Sat and Sun) I do 8 min arms, abs, legs, and buns...then I do another 25 min arm workout..about 3 times a week I go to the gym and I run and walk (alternate 1:20 running speed 7.0, 1:20 walking speed 4.3) Its been straight like this for about 3 wks. When should I be seeing some significant weight loss?! I feel like I have been trying so hard and seeing hardly anything.

I gained 70 lbs during pregnancy..have 17lbs left to go.

also...I went to GNC and bought 'Adrenaline Stack' to drink during my workout...just for energy...yeah, and it was crazy!! I ran for 40 min..very unlike me...and I lifted weight a while..then I did my stretches. I think I can do that every day. If I combine the 8 min routine I listed above with the 40 min run (instead of 20)...when am I going to see some real results?
I see a little toning..but nothing major and no weight loss (according to the scale)

I eat well also...so how long will this take? When will I see some results?
