Everybody thinks we went to war for the Oil.... So lets roll with it for a minute:

The Bush family knows 2 things better than everything else. Oil and Politics. What if they knew, that within 6 months to a year... as the demand grows and the supply shrinks, we were to face $50+ for a gallon of gas?? Or even worse, that every gas station in America were going to close within a year.

What would we do? What could we do? Would going to war then be justified?

Hillary made comments to the Council on Foreign Relations a few months ago indicating that she knows it's about the oil. Now, we have Republican Hagel mentioning oil and nothing about "bringing Iraq democracy" or "WMDs" or any of the other silly pretexts. Was capturing Saddam the worst mistake that this adimistration made for itself? I mean, no WMDs, no Saddam, no decent pretext is left.

Hagel mentioned that the Inspector General testified before Congress this week, and "reminded all of us that we have now spent almost a half a trillion dollars in Iraq," and "have put at least 40 billion in economic development there, [w]hich we don't know what we got out of it."

"There's still no oil law," Hagel added. "Billions of dollars have been ripped off, unaccounted for, and one more point on this -- over $12 billion of Iraqi money still sits in the accounts of the Iraqi government that they haven't spent. So something has to give here, George."

how much notice do police have to give you to be a witness?
like if you were a witness in someones court case how many hours/days do they have to give you before the court case?.
Can they turn up that morning and ask you to be a witness?

An attempt to break into my home last night has outraged me as to how the law works. Someone climbed over the back fence to steal my sons motorcycle but failed to lift it over the fence due to its weight, also the attempt to take the 3 pedal bikes but without avail, once again due to the height of the fence. What im angry over is we have 2 Rottweiler dogs who are trained as responsible owners to be sociable in public and towards other persons, agressive they are not. Once we called the police first thing this morning we were informed that a police officer was coming to my home as there had been a complaint minutes prior to my call by the person involved trying to steal our belongings because our dogs had chased them up the garden and showed aggresive behaviour??? As we can do the same for them tresspassing and attempted theift. Can someone please tell me how on earth I can get into trouble when I have done nothing wrong and my dogs done what dogs do! Protect their property???

My Ex is telling people that she is sending my emails to Yahoo abuse because she has told me over and over not to email her. I haven't emailed her in a while and when I did, it wasn't harrassing emails or threatening emails. If she had forwarded my emails to Yahoo abuse, wouldn't yahoo or whomever she sent them to write me to tell me not to contact her anymore? Has anyone else had this similar situation? She's also telling people that she has contacted the police and the FBI about me and that she has had to put a tap on her phone because whatever calls she's getting she claims it's me. I haven't called the woman in over 4 months. Wouldn't someone have contacted ME by now if she did this? She's telling friends and people I'm stalking her. How can I stop this? This is my name she's pulling through the mud. Why is she doing this?
