Standard tactic i'm afraid,have you seen what they have said about Jimmy Carter?..just because he said"the occupation of Palestine is akin to apartheid in S.A".But you also must remember all jews are not zionists and all zionists are'nt evil,the evil among them will try any tactic to blacken the names of people who disagree with their plans,they even attack fellow jews who speak out against them calling them "self loathing",if you get called "anti semitic or a racist" ,call them on it and ask them to back up their accusation with hard facts,and if you are not racist they will usually leave you alone.

But what do you expect from people who run an organisation with the motto,"By way of deception thou shall wage war"..{Mossad }

Those who claim that anti-Zionism equates to anti-Semitism are merely trying to shut down rational debate. It's a kind of tyranny - a means of intimidating people into silence. It is also a means of ensuring that they do not have to take account of any just criticisms of Israeli governments, as they can just lob ad hominem attacks at those with whom they disagree. In truth, being anti-Israel is not anti-Semitic any more than being pro-Israel is being Islamophobic.

That said, those of us who are highly critical of Israel - and the disproportionate influence of Israel on US foreign policy - do have to be particularly careful to make sure our views cannot be misrepresented as prejudice. We also have to make sure that we are not holding Israel to a different standard than we would demand from any other US ally.

Generally when you read the term Zionist it is attached to an unfounded conspiracy theory.
