Answer: To your question, I agree that a full 50% of the American population either agrees or at least likes G.W.Bush.
As to your details: Begin your learning/understating process that America is a Representative republic, were it a democracy you would have the mobs you wish for. Were mankind to invent a drug that cured blind hatred and educated at the same time...You could apply as the poster boy for its use.

First of all, you are dillusioned in beleiving that the US President has all the power - removing him would not make very many changes to the current policy and how that policy is executed. Yes he as well as other got the US involved in a war that it should not have entered into and should have worked more on the stabilization of Afghanistan and peace process in the Middle East. Second of all, he was elected - and most Americans respect due processs -it was the foundation of the country and that act alone would would be act that undermines many of the good principles of the US and the Constitution.
And lastly, Americans are not rulled - his action really do not affect many people directly members of the Armed Forces, their families and communities are emotionally effected however his administration has passed many things that directly affect Americans education, small business assistance - it is local politicians that have the most influence on the daily lives of American - we also understand war or no war we are responsible as well as India and China for fuel costs as it is use and competition that is causing prices to rise to feed and energy hungry world and our collect lack of response to looking more significantly at alternative fuels and business models. So you action is too simple for a very complex challenge and it depends more on your and mine and many others daily actions to address the challenges as discrimation, persucution, equity, equality and fair trade and peace in the Middle East and elsewhere

Ignorance is bliss.
They are totally in the dark about the damage that this idiot has already done to this otherwise great country of ours and the damage he continues to do!
I am certain that millions of Americans will be asking them self this very same question just like the Germans did who followed Adolph Hitler to Germany's destruction - "How could we have allowed this to happen"? After America has been destroyed beyond repair!
Impeachment should not be an Option!
It should be the Solution!
IMPEACH THE BA$TARD!

I seriously wonder if he will finish the remainder of the 18 months in office. If I were as embattled as he is today,
why would I even WANT to be a president?
GWB is starting to set the stage for his undoing with his lose/lose confrontation with Congress over executive privilege.

It's called "respect for the Democratic process". When Mr. Bush's term is over, his replacement will be PEACEFULLY installed. The sort of insane violence which you seem to endorse is precisely one of the main reasons why other countries lack the stability of America.
