Is there a web site that I can visit that will give me a detailed list of guns allowed or not allowed in my state of South Carolina?

As far as I know, there are no specific guns that are not allowed in South Carolina. You may also want to check out the Federal Firearms Act of 1968.
Oh, and by the way, I live in SC.

see the ny times of last week, www.nytimes.com under search type in handguns district of columbia and up will come a chart of all state laws regarding guns;

Prabaly most of the laws are federal. so it should be easy. Most states in the south don't really have alot of gun laws.

Try talking to the Police, they should know what weapons are allowed and not allowed.
