Without name calling! and bashing the oposite party!, What is YOUR number one concern you have with what is going on in the World or American Government.. and you solution. Try to be civil, and state what party you most support and why. And lets see if for once we can all be civil.

Is it not the USA, whose first use of biological warfare was by the USA Union army purposely giving smallpox infected blankets to Native Americans in place of normal balnkets promised them in provisions they agreed to receive for lands the USA forced them to give up? Or was it the American blacks they used for terminal syphilis studies? Maybe it was their US of the US soldiers they so greatly loved that they used them to test what radiation exposure troops could take and the effects on them or the outrageous horibile experiments my counselors say they are curently engaging on numerous americans at the area 51 military reservation.
But hey, would a republican lie, or even pull the wool over the peoples eyes? Should we not trust our faultless government whose integrity is above god some say?

I am at fault in the accident. The cop offer me a ticket which is a ignorant of the stop sign( that means moving violation) It cost one point. I accept that. Later on, I recieved a letter from DMV told me that I got 2 points. One point for the moving violation and another point for the fault side of the accident.
I just wonder i will get one more point for the accident beside the ticket for the moving violation? Now, I already got 3 points and nearly to be suspend my license. If I reach the line of 4 points, will I get suspended?
By the way, I live in california! Thank you for answering.

I am a US citzen who lives and works in Mexico. I will be marrying my (mexican) girlfriend of 2.5 years in several months (we will marry in Mexico) and I would like to know if it's possible for my future wife to fly into Miaimi for a cruise by entering the United States with her tourist visa. Is it legal for us to send off her paper work for a K3 visa before entering the US as a married woman with her tourist visa? Does her marriage to a US citezen invalidate her tourist visa? Would it be ok to say that she is not married to the US immigration officials if we don't send off the K3 papaer work and simply hide that fact that we were married in Mexico?

First off, I DO NOT want to discuss whether the ban is right or wrong. Any such posts will be ignored.

My point is that technically pubs and clubs are not public places. Sure they are places where members of the public CAN gather, but only at the discretion of the landlord. By this token, I can invite members of the public to a party at my house for example and yet they will be able to smoke unless expressly told not to by myself. Should this not be the case for landlords also?

I'm all for protecting people's rights etc, but surely if a landlord wants to protect his buisness (certain pubs are frequented my higher percentages of smokers than others) then should he/she not have the right to apply for an exemption?

There are many "holes" in the legal working of this ban and I just wondered what everyone else thinks.

who the hell knows for sure if it was osama or binladen? bush even flew osama's family out of the country when 911, so he is out of the picture. my bigest question is why is the government here, and why are trying to play the big shoot, i thought god created us to free and to love one another no matter how rich or how poor we are, no matter where we came from ,we came from the same person. and that maeks us all related no matter how many last name's there is in the world we are the same.
