1.Spread the national army too thin.
2.Exposed a Under cover national security agent
3.Created a law to legally detain and hold citizens without due process of the law (aka the Patriot Act)
4.Used Federal law inforcement to abuse the newly passed Patriot act
5.Created the nations energy policy with oil companies owned by US and Foreign Nations
6.Left our borders and ports under funded and with little guard after 9/11

I was living in an apartment about four years, and lost my job, so I couldn't pay the rent. I told the landlord that I was going to move out since I couldn't pay it. He never evicted me, never got a court notice or anything. Now I've gotten a summons for court, he's suing me for unpaid rent and "damages". I thought that's what the security deposit was for. It was more than enough to cover the rent and cleaning. I didn't damage the place.

First it is based on religion, which should not be allowed in public schools. Religion should not be forced upon students because of a little thing called seperation of church and state. Also it is not based on facts or science.. which evolution is. If people want their kids to learn about creationism they should send their kids to private schools or teach it to them at home.

Hey, So heres the deal. I messed up real bad for the first time in my life. I went to jail for 4 days for attempted burglary. Now im not here to bug you all by asking "how do I get out of this" because I realize I messed up big time and I wana do what I have to do to make up for my mistakes, do my time and just move on and never mess up again. I'm 21, ive never been in trouble before and I really didden't try to break in, but I guess it dosen't matter because either way I put myself in this situation. So my only real question is how long do you think I will go to jail for? I went to pre pre and was offerd a ple of 8 months in jail with a felony on my record. That was with a public deffender who really seemed not to care. My family has offerd to get me a lawyer but I don't want them paying for my mistakes. Unless I think it's worth it...Do you think I could get it down more or should I just take this and get it over with and move on? thanks for you time
