It's a shame that Bush was too stoned and too busy dodging the draft to pay attention during the vietnam war, perhaps he would have learned a lesson before attacking Iraq. A mistake his father was not dumb enough to make.

Bush- they will be there until the job is done, the job was to get rid of WMD and Al-Queda training camps
then it was to get rid of Saddam
now its to stabilize a fragile democracy
so the job is not nor ever has been well defined and it will last until done

Whether or not they will be removed is still being debated. Congress wanted to set a date in Sept. 2008, but that fell through.

I find the Democrats to be an appalling bunch. They didn't stand up initially against President Bush; they voted with him. Then when things got tough they jumped ship after the first death.
