So, nearly everyday (I take off Sat and Sun) I do 8 min arms, abs, legs, and buns...then I do another 25 min arm workout..about 3 times a week I go to the gym and I run and walk (alternate 1:20 running speed 7.0, 1:20 walking speed 4.3) Its been straight like this for about 3 wks. When should I be seeing some significant weight loss?! I feel like I have been trying so hard and seeing hardly anything.

I gained 70 lbs during pregnancy..have 17lbs left to go.

also...I went to GNC and bought 'Adrenaline Stack' to drink during my workout...just for energy...yeah, and it was crazy!! I ran for 40 min..very unlike me...and I lifted weight a while..then I did my stretches. I think I can do that every day. If I combine the 8 min routine I listed above with the 40 min run (instead of 20)...when am I going to see some real results?
I see a little toning..but nothing major and no weight loss (according to the scale)

I eat well also...so how long will this take? When will I see some results?

You haven't listed what your food intake is like. Another thing to really work out it should be more than 8 mins, a good work out should be a minimum of 45 minutes of brisk excercise to raise the heart rate.

Best thing to do is eliminate, or reduce as much as possible the amount of sugar intake. Sports drinks (Gator Aide, Power Aide, etc...) are loaded with sugar. Reducde the intake of foods that list high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient. High fructose corn syrup is just a cheap form of sweetner. Increase your water intake, reduce your soda intake. Water is better for you and doesn't have sugars or artificial sweetners.

Now your training regime. The best work out regime would be more like this, mon, wed, fri cardio work out for minimum of 45 minutes. This can be a combination of jogging, stationary bike, or anything that gets the heart pumping. Spin class (which is a group doing stationary bike to music and with an instructor is a good cardio work out).

Tues, thurs, sat should be strength training, using the nautilus equipment going from one station to the next, doing at least 3 set of 10 reps on each one. Start light and work your way up. This will help give you some definition and muscle tone, more muscle means more calories are burned, if you do go up in weight it will be lean weight as apposed to gaining fat. This will most definately help you reduce weight as well as get you into better shape.

First of all, congratulations on losing so much already! You've probably reached a plateau, where you're body's weight and your workout are at an equilibrium. You need to kick it up a notch and intake less calories to get yourself out of the rut, and to plateau at your desired weight. You may need to add more weight to the 8 minute routines--those are more for maintaining once you get to a certain level. Try a little more weight and cardio--good luck!
Oh, and watch out for things that give you charges of "adrenaline." Most likely its a vitamin B complex in some ridiculously high amount (like, 600% of what your body actually needs) and there hasn't been enough time yet to see what the long term effect of that is on the body.

I don't exercise or run as much as you and have lost weight with an energy drink that I use. It is a HEALTHY energy drink that works really good for me. I drink it before I work out, it works in 10-15 minutes, lasts for several hours, makes me feel really good and helps my mental alertness. I have also noticed some weight loss to.
