1. If i take get a 4 year degree in criminal justice go to police academy how hard would it be for me to find a job as a Police officer?

2. Can someone tell me what they test you on for the obstetrical course? i.e how many sit-ups, push-ups, how much miles i gotta run in a certian amount of time and so on.

i'm highly considering joining the met police. i always want to help the community and protect people. but i dont know how to find out about it and who to talk to. what are their procedures, is there a level of medical you have to pass or fitness level.

is there anyone who is part of the force, what is it like, job wise, pay wise and satisfaction wise.

I'm just about to complete my degree and wish to join the force after, either part time or full time for a few years.

I recently have baught a house, and although there were a few small problems, there was nothing that I would not have gotten it for, so I did. The night I moved in, a neighbor came to return one of the keys. She also informed me that previous occupents for the last 5 years have complained about sinus problems and mold alergys, to which the homeowners alwasys said there was no mold. So I looked in the attic, and lo and behold, there is definatly some serious mold, mostly white, but I didnt stay up there long. We closed on it 2 weeks ago, but feal that it was not right for the previous owners to not tell us there had at least been complaints. I havent told them yet, before I do, I would like to know if i have any rights to ask them to pay for the removal, or legal rights that they didnt disclose there had been long standing complaints.

The USA government refuses to help American women in the event of a divorce in Saudi Arabia get custody of their children. I thought they were suppossed to protect and help Americans abroad. There are cases where American women have tried getting custody of their children and the USA tells them they can't do anything regarding custody because they have to "respect Saudi Law".

I'm not sure what to think; I'm kind of confused on this one. On one hand I love this country a lot and have always felt very patriotic, but it also seems like phrases are thrown about having to do with freedom that sound just like that; phrases.

What do you think? Do you think countries such as the UK and others have to feel like they should talk about and push their love for freedom all the time, or do you think it's being made too big of a deal?

I just went to a lecture where one of England's own royals (Board member of multinationals, Yale, Cambridge... the list goes on and on) purposed that NATO gives Israel security guarantees to dismantel its nuclear asenal. Is NATO becoming a tool of Multinationals at American and Europes expense? Will this move just not provoke Russia?

The story of Easy Company...about the men of the US Army's Airborne Division...the battles and triumphs that they fought, emotionally and physically, and the man that led them through it all, and has displayed so much professionalism has not yet been awarded with this honor should be...why doesn't the senators look into such things? His name is Major Richard Winters...please why has he not been given such an award?

That's the only reason they're calling for Gonzalez to resign. They won't admit it of course. But that's the only reason. Bush has put more minorities in positions of power than any other President in history. And the Dims have had problems with all of the minorities in power.The hate Condi and Gonzalez. They hated Powell. Dims are racists pure and simple. They want to keep the white man in power.
