That is where the investigation should go, who is profiting from this illegal and criminal war. I think that if you followed the money trail it would lead right back to the white house.

1) Congress does not have the votes to override a presidential veto, and probably does not have the votes in the senate to withdraw the troops.
2) War has always been a boom for contractors in this country just as any project is. President Bush did not invent or engineer this fact.
