I was out for my birthday on Friday night in NYC with my girlfriend. We were out at a restaurant that we had waited a month for reservations. We were at the bar waiting for a table , there was a bachelor party next to us.My girlfriend is thin, but very well endowed on top. All of a sudden a drunk guy from the party ran over and grabbed my girlfriend's butt and grabbed her breasts. She screamed "Get the hell off of me" I grabbed his hand and said "What the F*** are you doing!!!" and he punched me in the jaw.I punched him back and a fight ensued, The restaurant's manager came over and had me and him escorted out of the restaurant. I am very angry. I acted in self defense and was protecting my girlfriend. How do I handle this with the restaurant and the drunk guy??

I was talking to a born again christian i found it a bit confrontational as it seem to me that he wanted to push religion down people throats instead of welcoming them as people and this born again christain talked about suicide which i found to be disturbing .To seek money or call your self crefflow dollar is like asking people out right to give there money instead of making a true offering like a real christian or religous person that offer in true faith .Only a beast (con artist) tricks his flock or followers into giving without knowing and in the true sense makes no true offering to christ but only to the born again christian leader .I believe that all intentions must be brought out in the open even through testing of religious leaders that are leaders in the community as intentions in the hearts of man and woman today have change through addiction in area's .Should american's trust or any other infact that the true intentions of man will infact help them to clothe and feed them

Yesterday's statement on torture suggested a new determination on the part of the evangelical churches to detach themselves from the Republican party and stake their independence - even if it is from a position more traditionally associated with the left

Is the right generally agreeable to torture? I can handle alot of libs suck, neoco's are fascists but isnt it generally believed that torture is not something americans do currently?

We were victims of an ice storm and out of power for 13 days. We bought a generator from a man for $900. We took it home and it ran one night and broke down. Our friend who is an experienced mechanic proved it was defective in court. The seller refused to return our money but admitted it was a bad generator and that he had sold five of them and three of them turned out to be bad. He said he traded a pickup truck for them and if he could get ahold of that guy he would wring his neck. He said he got cheated too but still refused to give our money back saying he didn't have it. We sued him but lost because the judge said the man was an individual and not a dealer and had made no implied warranty or guarantee. So, how can we warn others about a man that seems to have no conscience from cheating other people. He obviously doesn't care about others since he felt no remorse at keeping our money when we were in a desparate situation without electricity or water in subzero weather.

I live on apx. 3 acre lot, about 500 ft away from my nebors. I been here for 4 years, there having problems when they don't get what they want. I bought this place, the neighbor had apx. 150 feet of my property fenced in on there land. I had to do a survey because the original markings were removed. They were forced to move there fence back 150 feet. Ever since this, they are complaining about everything.. They complain to us and about use about "barbieQing", complaining about us having a Tent in the back yard, complaining about our kids, playing outside, making noise.. They call the cops on us for everthing, this past night, they called the cops because we were shooting off they say "Fireworks" but they were my kids model rockets, There complaining about the Noise.. I am in the process of putting up a privicy fence.. Can I make noise on my property? ? Play music? What does the desterbing the peace mean? The police say that I cannot make no noise or sound or play music?

I saw someone asked this question not long ago. The T-34 is often toted as the best tank design but that is largely because of the simple design and ease of production. I want to change the question up and say what tank would you most want to be in on the field of battle? That is a different story.
