I am not sure, but it as been too much. Even a dollar to welfare would be excessive. Several hundred billion has been spend by the Bush administration on warfare.

less money should be spent on both, especially welfare. more money should be spent on homeland security monitoring foreigner's activity and mosques. plus we need to start building internment camps so we dont turn into some backwards european country that caters to the enemy of the civilized world
