My son has been recently diagnosed with autism. My son's father has visitation rights with the usualy schedule of every other holiday so on and so forth. The problem is that my son and I live in Pennsylvania, and his father lives in Illinois. The visitation order was completed in Illinois. I need this order modified to shorten the amount of time my son is away from Pennsylvania due to the fact that his services are out here. I was wondering if there was any way that I can represent myself or if there is legal help for interstate cases. I was also curious what my rights are. Finally, I would like to have my child support increased (currently receiving 12 a month) and to have my son's father tested for drug use. Any if not all help would be grateful.

I want to see what political side you think is right. I dont care if you voted opposite, or if your registered opposite. I want the God Honest truth. What political party do you believe is smarter, and more patriotic for America.

Two weeks ago, the Bush administration organized an intelligence briefing for journalists in Iraq to demonstrate that Iran was providing weapons to Iraqi insurgents. According to the anonymous briefers, the weapons -- particularly explosively formed penetrators or E.F.P.s -- were manufactured in Iran and provided to insurgents by the Quds Force -- a fact that meant direction for the operation was “coming from the highest levels of the Iranian government.”
Well. A raid in southern Iraq on Saturday seems to have complicated the case. There, The Wall Street Journal reports (sub. req.), troops "uncovered a makeshift factory used to construct advanced roadside bombs that the U.S. had thought were made only in Iran." The main feature of the find were several copper liners that are the main component of EFPs. But, The New York Times reports, "while the find gave experts much more information on the makings of the E.F.P.’s, which the American military has repeatedly argued must originate in

my mom went into the hospital to fix a hernia and was discharged the same day. 3 days later she ended up back in the hospital because during the hernia surgery the Dr knicked her bowel. She then had a cholostomy done by a diffrent Dr from the same practice. 2 weeks ago the first Dr reversed the ostomy. Now she's back in the hospital because he didn't stich the intestines right and it leaked into her, and she has a cholostomy again. I think it's rediculous that one Dr operated on the same patint twice and managed to screw up both times. Can we sue him for doing this to my mom

The Govt. is keen in the life of bike-riders it seems!

There are more pan shops selling all kind of cigerettes, even the 10 year 12 year boys are consuming all nonsense!

There are State Govt. owned liquor shops, where all our young people destroying their lives!

There are many Govt hospitals there found no drugs and no doctors to save the life of people!

There are breeding mosquitoes causing chickun kunia and alike diseases, Govt is not interested to take steps to eradicate them!

BUT THEY IMPOSE ON OUR HEADS TO COVER UP A SHIELD, FOR A NEGLIGIBLE RATIO OF DEATH RATES WHEN COMPARE TO MILLIONS OF SAFELY RIDING BIKE-DRIVERS!!
Do you see any meaning of showing these like psedo empathy with people leaving behind the Govt's real responsibilities?
And why is it and all?
SOME DAY I FEAR, THE GOVTS MAY ORDER 4 THEIR PEOPLE 2 WEAR ON A METAL SHEETED COAT WITH BULLET PROOF JACKET 24 HOURS, FOR THE SAKE OF PROTECTION FROM TERRORIST SHOT,
INSTEAD OF SEVERLY PUNISHING THE FEW?

Do you remember how many people stepped down from office when Larry Flint started offering money to those that would step forward about having relations with public officals? What about Newt? He left so he wouldn't go through the same thing.

If the court handled Bosnia, Rwanda, South Africa and some Israeli atrocities...why can't they handle the theft of New York or Oklahoma or Florida?

A balanced review of the facts of the USA and its actions should be welcome news and would stop all the carping about how the USA is a pseudo-Christian thug nation of arrogant morons. Unless all the rumors of a buffoon nation of lemmings is true. Then that is a different story.

I have had rottweilers in the past, and I currently have one now. I LOVE them- I find them to be sweet, calm, and loyal, as well as brave and tough when they need to be (although mine is a big mama's boy, and is afraid of our cat!). I see that German Shepards and Belgian Malinois are commonly used in law enforcment. They are great dogs- very smart and tenacious. But I'm wondering why Rottweilers are not used. Too stubborn? Too intense? Are they used anywhere in the U.S.? What about Europe?

OK I live in Phoenix Arizona, I have a husband who is not the father of my unborn child, I don't want my baby to have his last name but I have been told by many of people that because I am married and I have changed my last name to his last name that means now my baby will have the same last name. Does anyone know what the law is here? do you know if the baby ends up having to have this last name when and how I can change that? Ok thanks.
