The Govt. is keen in the life of bike-riders it seems!
There are more pan shops selling all kind of cigerettes, even the 10 year 12 year boys are consuming all nonsense!
There are State Govt. owned liquor shops, where all our young people destroying their lives!
There are many Govt hospitals there found no drugs and no doctors to save the life of people!
There are breeding mosquitoes causing chickun kunia and alike diseases, Govt is not interested to take steps to eradicate them!
BUT THEY IMPOSE ON OUR HEADS TO COVER UP A SHIELD, FOR A NEGLIGIBLE RATIO OF DEATH RATES WHEN COMPARE TO MILLIONS OF SAFELY RIDING BIKE-DRIVERS!!
Do you see any meaning of showing these like psedo empathy with people leaving behind the Govt's real responsibilities?
And why is it and all?
SOME DAY I FEAR, THE GOVTS MAY ORDER 4 THEIR PEOPLE 2 WEAR ON A METAL SHEETED COAT WITH BULLET PROOF JACKET 24 HOURS, FOR THE SAKE OF PROTECTION FROM TERRORIST SHOT,
INSTEAD OF SEVERLY PUNISHING THE FEW?

All these problem you have written here is destroying only one's life I mean if a 12 yrs old consume all these **** things this doesn't harm in a single moment it will take time to destroy one.This is upto him that whether to take it not But if you met with an accident & you are not with your helmet then it would cause a sudden death.so helmet is as much as important as bullet proof jackets in near future.

I think the resentment against the rule mandating the helmet use for two wheeler riders is unwarranted. Any thing for the protection of the people should not be objected to. The difficulty with this rule is, besides the discomfort for the riders, one who wears the helmets and drives, normally tends not to see the person who tries to overtake him. His lateral vision is blocked.In India, the road user seldom follows the traffic rules and shows the appropriate sign while driving. Often, it may be a cause for more accidents. One needs to take more precautions while driving with the helmet on. May be they must devise a better design.

It is foolishness and Dadagiri on the part of Govt. All want to save life. Govt. should allow all to take care of life himself. Govt. can not check wrong by any one at each and every stage. I cam do wrong with electricity, I can jump from roof / hill. No peanlty. Whey govt. force us to wear helment? Govt. should advise us to use helmet and final decision should be on driver. Harrasing others may be offence but harrasing self should not be a crime.This is violation of fundamental rights. Any samajdhar advocate should file a case in SC for dadagiri by Govt. Govt. should not give directions. Govt. can give suggestion.s Govt. is like my wife. She also: do this, eat this, leave this, hear this.

HELMET IS A MUST BECAUSE ACCIDENTS KILL INDISCRIMINATELY WHEREAS CIGARETTES ETC KILL ONLY THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO BE A WILLING VICTIM.
