I think they both weigh about the same.... truth I'd say has more value, Because its the truth that brings the reality from denial or fantasy.

truth is only valued to people that are willing to expand their mind,,, reality is a collective agreement on what truths everyone in the culture can handle..... most truths will demolish a persons worldview leaving them near suicidal...
