Your question is an considerable one, one that reward a lot theory and examine for a sturdy answer all can settle for. The "French Connection" to all contemporary classic conflicts isn't totally understood, and open to interpretation. Their Vietnam occupancy replace into not useful, so usa took over. First mistake. Vietnam replace into "settled" in a Paris (France) peace negotiation. present conflict in Iraq replace into met with opposition by France while international locations pronounced the aptitude risk of their former dictator. the continuing inspections weren't passable for usa having been alarmed by the Sept 11, 2001 assaults, so usa took a lead place as quickly as extra, as they did with Vietnam, to purpose and verify what called potential threats of nuclear assaults. Of interest is the stance France has taken, which provided no tips considering there may well be dying and limb with not decision. France had carried out kinfolk with the Iraqi dictator, as have many different international locations alongside with usa. American use of protection tension occupation is popping out to be futile. could situations further become worse, and extra warm spots emerge in a bothered worldwide bent on destruction, it particularly is was hoping the respond would be present in extra perfect technologies to thwart potential threats earlier they materialize. subsequently, it particularly is my the fervent prayer that destiny reliance for concerns bearing on national protection be discovered interior the vast array of technological breakthroughs that would contain a starting to be risk to societies searching for a worldwide in peace. i'm hoping this solutions your considerable question as suited i know how.

Vietnam was France's problem? Well, yes and no. Yeah, they couldn't let go of their colonial history and so a lot of French men died for it...we stuck ourselves in there and over 5,000 Americans died as a result.
Now, Saddam sucked. Yes. He was a dictator. Yes. He talked $hit about America. Yes. But the reality is that containment worked on the Soviets for over 40 years, and we KNEW they had nuclear weapons. Are you saying we couldn't have contained Saddam Hussein? Our leaders made Iraq America's problem. There was never anything there worth one American life, and unfortunately there's a lot more dying to do there before our "leaders" get us out.

Imperialism and War on Terror are different! Remember, Iraq supports terrorism in money, equipment and training ground! Iraq may be not directly our problem, but you can never get rid of terrorism if you only killed the terrorists and ignored the supporters!

Golly Mr. Wizard, I think I know! I am convinced it is Israel's problem and now the U.S. spending a trillion and piling up non-isreali bodies. What a clever manipulation. You get Iraq all flattened and screwed up and, hopefully, things will be complete when we flatten and kill a few million Iranians. But will that make Isreal happy and content or will they require millions of billions to keep this little desert resort community of most of the world's least favorite religion in good shape. I mean their are airlines, gas, desalinated water, grapes and crops and atomic bombs, new jets etc. etc. being paid for with no natural resources or industry except tourism from the us. miami and nyc. maybe la. relentless and ruthless manipulation works!

you are wrong that the french caused anything through their arrogance and mismanagement that the British and Americans later dealt with.
Iraq has its own ethnic problems internally ... for 100's of years back too
