I know in some countries like Taiwan they consider anyone born on febuary 29th to be actually born on the 28th, what does the US say about it

the 28th. My friend had a baby on the 29th and so his birthday is celebrated and i believe legal on that day.When i say legal, i mean they can say their b-day can be recognized on that day. so when they turn 21, they can go out on the 28th

4 years = 1 year
8 years = 2 years
12 years = 3 years
16 years = 4 years
20 years = 5 years
24 years = 6 years
28 years = 7 years
32 years =8 years
36 years = 9 years
40 years =10 years. Nope, can't imagine 40 years going by and only being 10 years old.

Sixty-six years after birth, a person born on Feb. 29th (depending on how he/she calculated his/her birthday) could qualify for old age benefits while still being a minor .......

But seriously, if you use the lunar calendar this problem will not happen.

feb 29th.. So that in twenty years of life they only have 5 Birthdays
