I don't know the exact word for kinnars/hijdas in english. my q is they r there in the whole world but as they earn in India it is disgusting. they r literally running an extortion racket in our country.
If u don't pay them when there is some function/good news at ur house, they even open their clothes and create a scene. they threaten to kill u and use vulgar lang.
police does not have the guts to interfere. WHY?

I just read a quote of John Howard's in the 2.26.07 issue of Time magazine where he says "If I was running Al-Qaeda in Iraq, I would put a circle around March 2008 and pray, as many times as possible, for a victory not only for Obama but also for the Democrats".

This was in response to a statement by Barack Obama that if he's elected he would pull out all the troops by March 2008.

Every two years an A-1 felon is eligible for parole, but everytime he goes before the board he is denied for ridiculous reasons such as: the nature of the instant offense, this is something that can never change. This is the reason he was originally sentenced yet they can continue to deny him for reasons such as this. WHY????

Me and My fiance, He was already approved by the USA and he's going to be doing the Medical Exam in the UK. My question is... Have any of you been this deep in to help me know if there isnt' much after the Medical Exam and the Interview with the Embassy?Any help would be great here Im not exactly sure how long everything takes and since I applied for all this stuff almost a year ago and now things are actually moving, I'd love to hear that its not going to take a long time but reality normally doesn't go that well! This guy is not on the birthcertificate, he goes to jail often for nonpayment of childsupport on 3 other children all diffrent mothers. He told women that he was fixed. Appearently he never was fixed.

Recently I recieved this letter with a check and yes I cashed it and sent the money they wanted but western union called me and told me to get the back so I did and I put it back in my account and told the bank manager she told me it was a scam. The next couple of days later the check came back nothing happened because I put the money back in. I was safe. Thanks to all the answers that I had read from the site. Thanks for all your answers. And to anyone that gets this letter and check don't do anything I have learned not to do that again. I am just glad that it is all over with and nothing happened to my accout and me. Thanks again

I won a case in family court in the state of South Carolina. The defendant was ordered to pay me back over $5000 in attorney's fees beginning December 1, 2006. I haven't seen a dime yet. The defendant lives in Illinois. How can I enforce this order without having to incur a lot more in legal fees?

Can I get his wages garnished? Can I take out a lien on his property? I'm wiling to spend a couple hundred bucks in administrative stuff, but not willing to shell out in the thousands just to get $5000 back.

Also - if he is more than 10 days late, he is supposed to pay me back at an accellerated rate, but the court order doesn't specify what the accellerated rate it.

Any ideas? Thanks!

This is a question not framed in a hostile way.
I dont have a problem with Gay marraige,In fact I propose that Gay scociety should create a ceremony of thier own, and it should be recognized by States and Federal Laws applicable to any Legal marraige.
I do have a problem with bringing God and churches into the fabric of the ceremony.Especially when the Institution of Marraige , reguarded ,and set forth by God, clearly states, that this kind of union, is an abomination to Him.
Help me understand, in a non-hostile way, how the Gay society can not understand the non- gay public views on this?

My husband is a Staff Sgt. in the Army. Today before he went to work, we decided to go out to breakfast. Since he had to leave for work from the restaurant, he wore his uniform. A gentleman wearing a Vietnam Vets hat approached us and held out his hand. He said thank you so much for your service sir. My husband's reply was you already did your duty, now it is my turn. He smiled and went back to his table. It made my husband's day. This man's 5 minute conversation made my husband feel proud to wear his uniform. It really does not take much out of your day to make someone feel special. Public support is important to our servicemembers and their families. Please give them your 5 minutes.

Alot of people on the other side of the political spectrum also called Clinton evil for supporting abortion and partial birth abortion and the whole Monica thing. I really do not feel that there is/was some evil master plan for either president, but that (all conspiracy theories aside) they were/are men trying to do what they feel is right for the country (no matter how competant they were/are in doing it). Do you feel this way.
I find it interesting that alot of people who hold to moral relativism and consistantly refer to people who do horrible things as "misunderstood" are now suddenly adopting the word "evil" to label our president.
Also many of these people, who, when approached on a spiritual matter usually tell us we should not judge, now seem to suddenly be the experts and judges of Bush's intentions.
What do your think?

If an IES Officer beats her wife then what should one do? Please help and suggest. IES Officer belongs to Orrissa, INDIA and having some strong political and good administrative connections and he thinks that he can do anything. As he is having some good friends like an District Megistrate and SSP. The problem here is her wife's parents also supports her son in law as they says "it common" every husband has rights to beat her wife. Its normal. I also know nothing will happen, everyone will blame me. But anything for my friend. If I find no solution then please tell me what to do. As I lost all possiblites for my friend that she is alive also.

Though summons has been issued for this IES officer but he is ignoring them and our law is giving them time and date after date. PLEASE HELP ME..
