I knew about the red light on cars, but not the *77. It was about 1:00PM in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend an Unmarked police car pulled up behind her & put his lights on. Lauren's parent have always told her never to pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather to wait until they could get to a gas station.
Lauren had actually listened to her parents advice and promptly called *77 on her cell phone to tell the police dispatcher that she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her. The dispatcher checked to see if there were police cars where she was, and there wasn't. He then told her to keep driving, remain calm and that he had back up already on the way.
Ten minutes later 4 police cars surrounded her and the unmarked car behind her. He was a rapist and she helped capture him.

CNN has taken a break from their 23-hour (an hour for sports) Bush-bashing fest to talk about Anna Nicole Smith.

How long before they start reporting "news" again, as they like to call it? However, I don't think only showing one side of the story is very responsible for a news network. But, they have a Bush-bashing agenda to push, so let them have their way.

Why are these people allowed to get away with stealing the identity of a dead infant and allowed to establish a legal social security number in the dead infants name and no one wants to do anything about it? Why don't service providers (ATT Verizon electrical companies) require positive proof of identity before accounts are allowed to be opened.

Having been defrauded by the situation described, I am not afforded the protection the criminal is.

I think America is the only country that still hates on the basis of color and race. Every other country, though slow in economics and technology, has learned to appreciate everybody. Maybe they do hate and have segregation on the basis of economics or social class but I doubt it has anything to do with color or facial features. I don't hate anybody because of their color because everyone is unique.

Karl Marx once wrote that capitalism known no borders and will do whatever it can to continue exploiting. He said that capitalism travels from the richest nation to the most primative ones and turn the primative nations into factories to serve the rich. People who were once living a tribal life with culture and rituals are now marching into cold looking factories and working like machines.

then you really better be very strongly against the war in Iraq. Otherwise, you're just a racist HYPOCRITE who supports the murder of innocent children...just so long as they are Iraqi children.

I know this question has been answered in various ways, but I desperately need some direction.

My husband, baby, step-daughter and I live in Mexico. We want to move to the US this July. I'm wanting to file the I-130 form for him so we can get his K3 visa and his daughter's K4. Will we have enough time? Do I need to file for both of them?

Would it be better to enter into the country as tourist and then send in the I-130 form? Are there any other visa options? I'm really concerned that we won't be able to get his visa in time. It's so frustrating to have to go through so much paperwork. Any knowledge you have will be appreciated.

At this point in time in our Country we have all races and sexes in all areas of the workplace and leadership roles.

I think the timing is perfect for a change in Goverment leadership as far as president. We have a lot of good canditates running but at this time we have a strong woman and a man with an African-American father with good fresh morals and ideas to get this country going again-

I want to create a video program that will contain a recitation of text that may have a copyright.

Can I incorporate the recitation of the text in a video product that I sell? Do I need to recognize the source? Or by changing the format of the delivery of the text is it a sufficient change that it would be unique for me? Or would I be infringing on someone else's copyright?

I have a friend who just get married (3months ago) to an US Citizen.
He did not file yet I.130 for her and instead he abuses her.
She can provide a police report.
What should she do?
Can she be eligible to self petition "batteredf spouse" even if she has
been married for such period of time and even if he did not file
nothing on her behalf?

It seems like our government is just feeding us this propaganda of democracy while killing behind our backs. Can you see what is happening, especially when young people don't care? Democracy is going to be lost do to mass apathy. This article is a perfect example. Please read it.

It's about time we the good people of this once great country made our voice heard. How is it the government have no control over these gangs, who are controlling us by no one doing anything to stop them. Because they are stopped by these bloody politically correct do gooders. Why don't we have a bad lads army? Then when they are fully trained, send them to war zones such as Iraq and afganistan to let out their frustrations, as that is what they are hell bent on doing to this country, making this a war zone.
