Why are these people allowed to get away with stealing the identity of a dead infant and allowed to establish a legal social security number in the dead infants name and no one wants to do anything about it? Why don't service providers (ATT Verizon electrical companies) require positive proof of identity before accounts are allowed to be opened.
Having been defrauded by the situation described, I am not afforded the protection the criminal is.

Why are ex felons allowed to establish and use fraudulent identities with impunity and continue to defraud?

I have reported this individual to every authority that I thought could do something, but because he lived in my house at one point they view it as a domestic issue. The ignore the fact I had no clue to his real identity until after he defrauded me, stole from me and vacated my residence.
He has even managed to establish a valid social security number for the dead infant. He's even worked under the id.

They get away with this because the anti-American ACLU stands up for the "rights" of criminals while ignoring the fact that it victimizes the rest of society.

Felons are sent to school when in jail,, what eles do you expect them to learn there when we provide all the free time and books for them to just sit around in air condition jails with color TV, pools, tennis courts, weights, etc,,,
Think it time to put them to good use, work, 12 hours a day earning their keep for being put there. Then they be to tire to work on how to screw the public when they get out.

Because they haven't been caught by the right people yet. Report them to the economic crimes unit of your local police and/or District Attorney's office for identity theft and fraud.
