as long as you meet all the requirements, including age.. yes. This is, of course, assumingt hat your community is willingt olet you go and you get approved to Cross deck.

It can be done, but there a lot of factors involved. In the submarine world, The Chop does not stand watch, as OOD, so his qualifications for Submarines are not the same. And the schools are not the same. He is not nuclear trained, that sort of thing. You have to check it out.

yeah, all that happens when you go to unrestricted is that you sp ecialize in more different fiedls. Restricted is where you specialize in one field, discuss this with your commander.
