Every two years an A-1 felon is eligible for parole, but everytime he goes before the board he is denied for ridiculous reasons such as: the nature of the instant offense, this is something that can never change. This is the reason he was originally sentenced yet they can continue to deny him for reasons such as this. WHY????

Because the Parole Board - who is INFINITELY more qualified than either you or I to make this decision - decided that the felon is NOT ready to be released back into the population.

And I hardly think your statement is true; if it were, there would be NO paroles granted AT ALL in NY state, and I know for a fact that's not true. The Parole Board grants parole to those they feel both deserve and are ready for it.

I trust their judgement, and so should you.

Bet you're talking about a family member or loved one, aren't you?

Let's see.....HMMMMM!!! Because the felon was convicted and sentenced and the parole board thinks he is still a jerk-a** felon and a danger to society?????

If you do the crime, you do the time...... That's why felons and other criminals are considered DUMB.

Because Idiot-Boy committed a heinous crime. Get off your high horse. There is no injustice here. Do the crime, do the time...
