I hear constantly that Illegal Immigrants are taking the jobs from US Citizens that WANT to work. I'd like to know the jobs that they are taking from us that the unemployed would like to be hired for??

My wallet was stolen this morning and I called all my credit card companies and my bank to cancel the accounts. The crooks spent almost $2,000 dollars before I discovered what was going on. The bank and the credit card companies are working with me and say I will not be help responsible for the charges. While that is a relief, I want justice. I want the crooks who stole my cards to get caught and pay for their actions. Does anyone have any experience where the local police actually tried to help in matters like this. Or, are they too busy solving more serious crimes like murders, drug rings etc...? By the way I am near Tampa FL...

We often find police force does not respond instantly as we expect in helpless critical condition.In rape cases when police is reported for arresting the culprit,they take time, may be to maintain formalities;but culprit gets chance to escape for this delay. Should n't the police force be more prompt in action?

in our domestic politics? It seems to me that Howard is way of line when he blasts Barrack Obama. It seems to me that some Aussies want to criticise the US for the Iraq war. As we all know pot is illegal in most of the united states. The law is outdated and has never been used the way it was intended (believe it or not it was made illegal to get rid of migrant mexican laborers during the great depression). The question today is should we legalize and control it (this is my choice, it is a good economic decision), decriminalize it (worst thing you can do, puts control in the wrong hands and leaves them completely unchecked), or leave it illegal (this is not working half of america uses it and it has became a neusance law).

Tancredo said he was astonished at the injuries on Ramos' body, which he said did not coincide with reports from the prison earlier this week that described his injuries as "minor."

"His bruises were deep and severe," Tancredo said. "His arm, chest and back are black and blue with broken blood vessels on his arm. It was terrible."

Ramos was beaten Saturday night by roughly a half-dozen inmates who recognized him from a TV show that aired shortly before 10 p.m. He was pulled from his cell, which remains unlocked until midnight, by the inmates and kicked repeatedly by the men who were wearing steel-toed boots. The boots are issued to inmates for their daily work, according to the prison's Web site.
Ramos did not see a doctor until Wednesday, Tancredo said.




He did not see a doctor for 4 days!!!!! 4 days, what is up with that??
I think prison's warden, Constance Reese and her bosses should be fired for neglect.
