does this mean if my aunt the "personal represenative" can give my brother and sister everything and leave me with nothing and the court will not do anything about it?

Also if my aunt can distribute the assets unfairly is there anything I can do about it?


heres a little back story if it helps:
My dad passed, had no wife, just me and my 2 siblings.
He left an unsigned will.
he had a buisness which was just sold for 206,000 and 2 houses
My aunt is the personal represenative of the estate/executor of estate

Can I purchase liquor in FL at an ABC store with an out-of-state license? I'm from NC and I know that a person with an out-of-state lisence can't purchase liquor from an ABC store in NC, but I don't know if Florida has a different law.

okay, please settle this fight between my boyfriend and i.

he lived in illinois where he had a valid drivers license

he moved to MN where he was pulled over for a DUI and his license in MN is revoked.

he thinks that because he stil has his ill license he can legally drive in illinois- is this right?

i say that he cannot because you are not to carry more then one drivers license at a time- so once he got his mn license in my eyes his illinois license became invalid. also, i say if you lose your license for DUI in one state you shouldnt be able to drive in any state.

someone help?

It is frieghtening to think that looking at how muslims deal with each other, much less the rest of us, that curently the way things are we could at some point end up with the same mess here, that is in the UN because of all the muslim nations that have been admited. Stopped at a Sobriety Check Point, asked how my evening was and that the officer stated he smelled Majirauna, either give it to me or I will search the car. I gave him about a quarter ounce. I was not smoking in the vehicle and it was 2 hours since the smoking. I was not given a PAS, because I was not drinking and just a ticket for possession.

Is this an invasion of the 4 ammendment?? Does the officer have the right to search a person that smells like marijuana, without seeing the act?

If you Nationalise the utilities such as the Electric board ,the Gas Board ,and the Water board all the suplus profits can be put into Health,Education and other things. After all it was allways owned by the people for the people untill the Tories sold it off ,how can you sell somthing that does not belong to you?
