What is it that you don't understand about the word ILLEGAL?

You can join the French Foreign Legion, but you have to get to France to do it.
They might give you welfare if you have bad nerves, but they probably will not look upon it kindly.

You can probably find a way to join, but if you don't make it or you get kicked out they'll ask you to leave the country. If you even THINK you might have bad nerves, why would you want to join?

That is a silly question and you can't be serious..... But if you are, then no you can not join the military in the US unless you are a Citizen or a legal resident (green card holder).
