The Assembly referred to by Nick F is not democratically elected and has only advisory powers . It consists of appointees from all the regional local authorities. There are "some things" that require decisions on a regional basis What we don't want is Assemblies that have statutory roles, let alone tax raising powers.

regional assemblies are like shoving a peice of chocolat in a crying kids mouth, it shuts em up.Because we have lost our country to europe against our will and without a vote, the gov have to try and pretend that we can have a say. but theres one say you wont get. the right to leave europe even though you already have it.if you try take it you will come under attack by europes occupying forces, the police.
