i've told council in writing i am on holiday.if they stick it to my door,will it be classed as served before i get back.the time scale is important to my arrangements for my next house.
i am on introductary tenancy,if i miss a 2 weekly payment for rent,
i breach my agreement.i claimed for housing benefit.the benefit dpt took 4 weeks to proccess the claim. i'm now technically in arrears, they are now trying to serve the order.
i had to go on holiday(in hiding)to try to dodge it for a while.
i think it all started because i made a complaint about a council official refusing to supply me with app for housing and tho local ombudsman overturned his decision.

If passed, Sen. Obama’s bill would do the following for ALL federal elections starting in 2008:

Make it a federal crime to communicate false information about the time or place of voting, the voting eligibility of any voter, or the party affiliation or endorsements of any candidate
Allow any person or voter who has been harmed by false statements immediately preceding a federal election to obtain an injunction stopping the deceptive practices
Require the U.S. Attorney General to investigate every claim of deceptive practices, and submit a public report on all claims to Congress
Require the Attorney General to ensure the immediate release of corrective information in affected communities

someone told my 12 year old at school that there is a billionare refusing to pay federal taxes is it true?

How can I find a law stating that we most pay it?

So I can show my son it is a law?

I pay them but this is first time I hear about this topic.

I have mixed thoughts about abortion. killing a baby. the rights of a citizen. etc. etc. what do you think. what proof do u have that withstand that and explain more. try to convince me ;)

What could change your mind over it, either way (a million £s spent on his next election campaign so that suddenly you find his smile rather cute)?

If you've previously voted socialist (or at least New Labour, not that that really counts as socialist), will you dare vote Conservative, or would you rather have your vote vanish into the 'never quite made it' pile of Lib Dem/Green votes?

I've posted questions that ought to make a Dem ponder about his/her own party.

But, a Dem will only see "you don't like the Dem. party!"

This is supposedly for his work in the area of Global Warming. It doesn't seem to matter to anyone that much of his book has been proven to be incorrect. Two scientist just came out the other day saying that this is natural weather trends. Maybe Al should study weather trends also instead of writing books before all the facts are in. Anyway what do you think? Oh, Hollywood is also honoring him with an Oscar Nomination for the movie. Personally, I don't buy the whole global warming issue, but tell me what you think. Please try to write complete sentences and answer without slurring the President, he didn't write the book.

ok my friend i thought i could trust got a hold of a letter i had written to someone else...he stole the letter from her notebook...and he made copys and handed them out...it was a very emotional letter that had alot of personal stuff written on it...please tell me i can sue him because this has hurt me beyond anything ever has!!!
