I have a friend that her ex-husband killed one of his co-workers for no reason (he said God told him to do it) He was pronounced incompitent and never faced a trial. he spent 10 years in prison and now is released and is in a "Mental hospital" he can come and go but has a curfue ----- he's been in there for about 1 year and she just found out that he was in there --- and he sent word to her that he was going to kill her, her family and his kids!!!!!! What can happen to avoid murder --- again????????

Dear All,

as you are aware that our nation ( india ) is passing through one of the worst times of law and order problems, and no body is having fear of breaking of law.
Even if any body breaks the law he wont get any punishment for
years and years, beacuse the justice of any crime comes only after 10 to 15 years of court hearings.
Now every one including our so called PARLIAMENTARIANS & LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY LEADERS are also law breakers and most of them are CRIMINALS.
As you are aware that OUR GREAT LEADER MAHATMA GANDHI TAUGHT US TO FIGHT AGAINST THE UNJUSTICE AND BREAK THE LAWS OF GOVT. ( BRITISH GOVT. ), This aspect as taken as good example and our present generanation is BREAKING THE LAWS on the basis of GANDHIAN philosphy of breaking the laws.
Now our country is at that stage from where cannot go back nor go towards better, Now everything is going towards WORST.

Who is going to save this ancient nation.??? is a big question mark.

Growing up in central Canada during the Cold War was a scary time and place. Tensions between the USSR and the USA were coming to a head the late 70s/80s. Neighbourhoods in my city were dotted with these ugly green towers with sirens on top which would warn us when a Nuclear Holocaust erupted between America and the USSR. One of these towers was right across the road from me and theyd test it once per week and believe me, it would scare the sh*t out of you when it went off.

You see, if the Soviets fired nuclear missiles at the US they would be intercepted and shot down by the Americans over Canada, thus killing us. Every day I'd come home from school and the TV would run these "tests" on what to do in the event of Nuclear War between the US and USSR. I used to have nightmares about Nuclear War when I was 10-12 years old. Although I'm not emotionally scarred from it, my friends and I were talking the other day about how odd it was no one really talks about this period anymore.

Our boys did what they set out to do, topple Saddam. The world no longer has to deal with that loose cannon.
The disappointment has been the inability to establish a stable government in post-war Iraq. This isn't surprising given the differences between the Iraqis themselves.
After 4 years or so, it may be time to push average Joe Iraqi out of the nest and have him settle the unrest his own country. As long as we are pumping billions of dollars and troops into the struggle, average Joe Iraqi can just stay home and mind his own business.
Perhaps we should back off and just protect Iraq from invasion for the next several years, while allowing Joe Iraqi decide which way to settle his country's turmoil.
