I have a friend that her ex-husband killed one of his co-workers for no reason (he said God told him to do it) He was pronounced incompitent and never faced a trial. he spent 10 years in prison and now is released and is in a "Mental hospital" he can come and go but has a curfue ----- he's been in there for about 1 year and she just found out that he was in there --- and he sent word to her that he was going to kill her, her family and his kids!!!!!! What can happen to avoid murder --- again????????

"He sent word to her", does that mean a letter? If so she needs to turn it into the police. Make sure she makes a couple copies for herself and keeps them in safe (and separate) places. She should also forward a copy to the "mental hospital" that he is at.
