But he got here illegaly, does anyone know?
I want to know what does immigration going to do, do they send them back to thier country, can someone tell me what should i do!
Or how to find help!

immigration will send them back ..........and in my husbands case because he had double crossed the border illegally he got 10 years..........oh_hell

if the person entered US illegally without inspection (no visa) then that person will have to return to the country to make an adjustment of status here... if the person entered with a visa but overstayed...they may be able to adjust their status without leaving US...anyone who entered the US prior to 2001 and overstayed illegally were allowed to file adjustment of status form and allowed stay in the US while the application was pending....im not certain as to what the exact rules are now... you should consult a lawyer...
