its a website to find local sex/criminal offenders in your neighborhood. i was wondering if this website is actually true because i have alot of sex offenders near where i live. does anyone have any police records or is a police officer who can verify the information at this website? thankyou

Why are people so one sided? What really bugs me is that everyone probably doesn't agree with 100 % what one party is "supposed" to stand for. I think if they thought they did, it is only because media has choosen for them. It seems that politicians are often more concerned with making the other party look bad, then what America and the world actually needs done. Its not fair to say one party is all right and the other is wrong. So why aren't more people independent voters?

Okay so this year has been hard for me...I dropped out of school on january 30th and still havent told my parents..i dont know how to tell them! and yes i know what your thinking that im a loser cause i dropped out, but im not I was very very popular in high school but things got bad for me when i failed the 2 classes i needed to graduate but i only failed them is because i missed too many days in school, but i couldnt help it cause i had cervix cancer this past year. But i plan on going to a local community college and getting my degree and in the fall i plan on going to comm. college and studing criminal justice to be a cop...its not like i dont want to do anything with my life, i do. But high school just wasnt right for me. and it never has been. But if you guys would help me out on some answer i would really appreciate it. thank you!

Way back in 1876 there was a Presidencial race that has some things in common with the 2000 election between Bush and Gore. There was also another election in 1888 that has some simalarities.

In 1876, Samuel J. Tilden of New York defeated Rutherford Hayes with the popular vote.

In 1888, Incumbent President Grover Cleveland defeated Benjamin Harrison with the popular vote.

In 2000, Vice President Al Gore defeated George W. Bush with the popular vote.

Couple things wrong here!

Al Gore has never been president!

Grover Cleveland was the only president to serve two "non-consecutive" terms. Cleveland did not win the 1888 election!

Samuel J Tilden has never been president!

Three times in history, a presidential candidate has won the plurality of the popular vote without winning the election.

Three times in history, a Republican has been given the election with the Electoral College.

What good is our vote if the Electoral College does not match our vote?

Does anyone else find this strange that three republicans have stolen elections and nobody cares to fix the problem??

Agnostics (me) and Atheists are an insignifant tiny minority. Almost everyone in America professes religious afflitiation. Thats a fact.

The irony is, that its Christians who bash Christians the most. Yes, Islamists hate Christians beyond comprehension, but their ability to promote their hatred for Christians is not as strong as Left's ability.

Conservative Christians dont get this, and always respond with "no, they arent true christians!", as if I am trying to point out what "true christianty" is.

Almost all leftists espouse Christian affilitation. They DO go to church, in fact, take a poll at your chruch, you will be amazed.

So when we analyze the weak, irrational, naive, and defeatist mentality of the left, we must ask "where does this moral view come from?".

Ever heard of these: "love your enemies", "turn the other cheek"? I can hear the denial or shreiking from conservative christians right now, like Neo after his ephiany.

We are a great superpower, the undisputed economic and military superpower of this world. Have you ever asked yourself why? What is so special about us that we have this privileged position in the world?
We no longer have the most oil in the world or gold or silver or diamonds. We no longer have the best work ethic in the world. We no longer have the most respect for technical education. We no longer have the most respect for the nuclear family. Nearly half of our children are born out of wedlock. What makes us so special?
I have asked myself that question a lot of times, and I think there are two reasons. There may be others, but I have noted for myself two reasons I think. One of those is the enormous respect that this country, that this government, has for our civil liberties. There is no other Constitution, there is no other government, that has this great respect for civil liberties.
The Constitution written in 1787 was hardly dry before our Founding Fathers wondered if it was clear that most of the rights, most of the power, should belong to the people, and so they wrote what we call the Bill of Rights, those first 10 amendments which delineated very clearly that most of the rights belonged to the people.
A second reason, I believe that we are such a great, free Nation, undisputed superpower in the world, I believe that our Founding Fathers understood that God sat with them at the table when they wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Here is a statement from Alexander Hamilton one year before they wrote the Declaration of Independence, and I think that it kind of epitomizes the belief that most of our Founding Fathers had.
“The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among old parchments or musty records. They are written as with a sunbeam in the whole volume of human nature by the hands of the divinity itself and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.”
Is there any better evidence that our Founding Fathers believed that God sat with them at the table when they wrote these great documents?
I would like to read something from the Declaration of Independence, that first document, in 1776. ``We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.''
Five times in the Declaration of Independence God is mentioned. Do you think that our courts may declare the Declaration of Independence unconstitutional because it mentions God?

work....... aside from the fact that this is obviously against company policy, is it illegal and if so what agency can they be reported to......
It's very difficult to report him to the company as he is the manager of our branch and complaints to company hq usually fall on deaf ears.
The company is located in Connecticut if this helps.........
