I got a fix it ticket some months ago from not registering my car in california. It's past due and now I know I have failure to appear. What should I do? I'm afraid that if I go to the courthouse to try to figure out where I stand, I'll be arrested. I think I need to post bail but I still haven't been able to correct the problem. Anyone else had experience with this?

O.K., my phone company will not take cash for payment on my debt with them (my phone bill). Isn't that illegal? Since under the Canadian Currency Act a payment of Canadian bank notes is legal tender.

There are many minority groups that are calling for a moratorium on deportation. They are calling the dportation of thousands of criminal trespassers "racial profiling" and "ethnic cleansing". They want you to believe that the immigration and customs enforcement agency is abusing people without cause and tearing families apart for no reason.
This is the newest tactic to try and circumvent existing American immigration laws so that Americas borders remain a revolving door for criminals from many nations.
Do you think that this is proper? What can be done to combat this flagrant racial rhetoric?

Bush wants another 100 billion for his wars. Maybe if we just went ahead and paid off his boss, he might stop some of this foolishness. What do you think?

If Democrats win the presidency, when will we see the first "oven-funding" bills? Too harsh? Then you havent a clue how bigtime jewhate is amongst left-wingers.

CUTTING EDGE - IRAQ'S MISSING BILLIONS
This documentary reveals what has happened to the billions of dollars of Iraqi reconstruction money entrusted to the American Coalition. In just fourteen months, the CPA burned its way through nearly $20 billion. But no one can account for where it all went. Iraq's infrastructure is worse than ever before. Operating theatres are flooded with sewage. New-born babies are dying for lack of basic equipment. In this investigation, Iraqi doctor Ali Fadhil goes in search of the missing money. He uncovers a horrific story of fraud, incompetence and corruption. As word spread of the kind of money that could be made in Iraq, foreign contractors flocked in. According to this documentary, companies like Custer Battles billed for work they hadn't done and charged the CPA a 1000% mark up for their expenses. While dodgy contractors were making millions, the Iraqi people were left paying the price. According to the United States' own figures, Iraq's essential services are worse than before the war.

I don't get these people who say we should leave Iraq because the majority of its citizens don't want us there. What's that got to do with anything? The Germans or Japanese didn't want us there after WWII at first either. Had we left I'm sure they would have resumed slaughtering Jews and Chinesse. When we left Vietnam they went back to slaughtering and they killed 15 million people! If we leave the job unfinished in Iraq won't the same thing happen?

I attended an event at a bar in Juneau Alaska. Before I left I went to use the men's room and after I was done I pulled up my pants and was struck in the eye by someone. I do not know who or why. I had not spoken with anyone besides some co-workers that evening. I had not said anything rude to anyone. The blow to my eye was so bad that blood began to rush into my other eye. Somehow I ended up in the parking lot and there were people yelling at me. Not fully aware of the situation, I yelled back, all I could think about was calling my wife and telling here what had happened. I tried to wipe the blood to see and I managed to call her. In trying to tell her what happened I was tackled by police and was put into a cop car and was being told I was being taken to the station. They gave me a ticket for Disorderly Conduct. They changed there minds and took me to the ER where I became unresponsive and was medivaced to Anchorage in case I had a brain injury. All the bones in my eye were broken

If you go into a Wal-Mart and return something, I always get asked why I am returning it, I usually just say "I don't want it", and they always go into further detail..."well, is there something wrong with it?", "why don't you want it?" or "why did you buy it if you don't want it?", they always hassle you. And once I said "I don't know" when I got asked that question and they told me that they will not return it without a reason. So, do you have to give them any reason at all?, because I don't see anywhere in most stores return policy's "...with a reason". And can a store not return something because they don't like you, or they think your suspicious? If you follow all the guidelines of their return policy, isn't that a legal contract that they have to obied by?

Specifically,

1. Biden and his clean black comment on Obama
2. Biden and his comment on Indians and 7-11
3. Kerry when he said that our troops are stupid.

Why do they say things that later are said mean something else? How come they cannot say what they mean directly?

Or is it that they actually are saying what they mean?

The fellow about which they complain only writes entertaining, and sometimes a little rude, questions. I don't understand how grown adults could get so upset as to take him off the air. Read how greenghost brags about how he got my account suspended and how he tells others how to get the "intruder's" account suspended. What kind of children inhabit this site anyway?
