Sure there are many sharp people from the Jewish community, but when I see that 70% of the jewish community votes for the super duper jew hate party (Democrats)....seriously....i totally change my mind about jewish intelligence despite figures like the great Einstein.

Whens the last time you heard ANY ANTI-SEMTISM from a republican? Do republicans begrudge people who lift themslves up? Who achieve?

Google "Anti-semitism" and "democrat". Honest to God, their isnt one democrat, who is not jewish, that doesnt carry the Islamist banner of "jews control my mind and the moon".

George Soros...wow...talk about a stupid stupid man. Hes proof that mental mastry over one sliver of the business world doesnt not confer great intellect. What a stupid stupid man.

If your jewish and also a democrat, you either have your head in the sand or are super self hating.

Assemblyman Lloyd Levine believes he has a bright idea: to ban the sale of incandescent light bulbs by 2012.
Levine, a Democrat from Van Nuys, introduced the bill Tuesday, claiming the ban of incandescent bulbs in favor of energy-efficient fluorescent bulbs would "cut greenhouse gas emissions and save consumers money."

Bill introduced to ban incandescent bulbs
East Bay Business Times - 4:57 PM PST Tuesday

Assemblyman Lloyd Levine believes he has a bright idea: to ban the sale of incandescent light bulbs by 2012.
Levine, a Democrat from Van Nuys, introduced the bill Tuesday, claiming the ban of incandescent bulbs in favor of energy-efficient fluorescent bulbs would "cut greenhouse gas emissions and save consumers money."
Replacing a 75-watt incandescent light bulb with a 20-watt compact fluorescent bulb would offer the same amount of light but save 1,300 pounds of carbon dioxide and consumers about $55 over the life of the bulb (based on 750 hours of life for the incandescent bulb compared to the 10,000 hours for a fluorescent bulb), according to the Rocky Mountain Institute. The California Energy Commission estimates that eliminating incandescent bulbs will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.82 million metric tons per year.
"Incandescent light bulbs were first developed almost 125 years ago, and since that time they have undergone no major modifications," Levine said. "Meanwhile, they remain incredibly inefficient, converting only about 5 percent of energy they receive into light."
Wal-Mart has a goal of selling 100 million compact fluorescent light bulbs this year. Philips has announced plans to stop making incandescent bulbs by 2016.

To pick up and leave would break the promises we have made to the Iraqi people, would leave hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians defenseless, would lead to massive chaos and bloodshed, and would be an act of moral dishonor. It would be akin to what the Allies did after World War II, when they abandoned Eastern Europe to the Soviets and returned millions of Russian refugees and POWs to lands occupied by the Red Army—even though the Allies knew that, for many, it meant death and, for the rest, tyranny. ---Charles Colson

OK I HAVE A SERVICE THAT IS NOT BEING OFFERED TO OR FROM THE GOVERNMENT RIGHT NOW.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO TRYING TO GET CONTRACTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO OFFER THIS?

WHO DO I AND WHO SHOULD I CONTACT REGARDING THIS?

I OBVIOUSLY CANT SAY WHAT THE SERVICE IS OR IT WILL GET STOLEN BUT I HAVE LOOKED AND KNOW THAT THE GOVERNMENT ISNT DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS. I HONESTLY THINK THEY WOULD BE INTERESTED AND IT WOULD HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT.

SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING.

My mother applied as a skilled worker, in 2004. At that time, I was 19, still under my father’s sponsorship, had just graduated college, and was applying as her dependant. Since submitting our papers, I have started working full time and even changed my sponsorship to my company’s in accordance with the local residency laws of my country. Just recently, the immigration authorities have asked for a status update and our lawyers mentioned that we should not show that I have been working since then, as I would not be considered her dependant. I want to go to Canada for my MBA, but I am unsure of what to do, as my last application form said that since 2004 I have been studying for my MBA entrance, and doing part time work, however the immigration authorities have seen my employment visa in my passport (as an ‘Accountant’) and now doubt the authenticity. They have now asked for an explanation regarding this discrepancy and we are very confused about what to do/say..would appreciate any info!

Will Bush now throw the congress's lack of support for his plan in their faces, claiming they "don't support the troops"?

I think Casey was outed for not supporting the "surge," just like Shinseki was for what he said in front of the Senate.

I having a difficult time distinguishing between American Democrats and Socialists. Yet, if you ask a Liberal if they are a Socialist, most ademantly state they are not.

Perhaps my idea of a socialist is off, but it seems to me the Democratic party is trying as hard as they can to turn this country into a socialist state.

If I am wrong-headed, then educate me.......

What about those Mexicans who have been here more than 15 years ago? What about those kids who came here when they were 1 year old or just a bit older? I'm not talking about the Mexicans that came here just one or two years ago. I'm talking about people who have made their life here in this country. Kids who have grown up learning the history and language of this country. What about them? Many of them even pay taxes, yes they do. What about them?

Engineers agree that New Orleans is sinking. I believe it is not the Federal governments problem to save a city after the city and state mismanaged millions of dollars of levy repair money given to them. The fed should make a declaration that you return at your own risk.
