I think there is a difference, Hitler was a mad man, GWB is just plain stupid, I really can't see how this man got to run your country, Reagan did a better job when he was sleeping.

You cite holding prisoners as if there were something unusual about that. We are at war. We currently have some very dangerous criminals in confinement, who, if released back to their home countries, would immediately go back to their terrorist plots.
Lying implies you purposely misstate facts. If you're talking about the WMD's, practically every leader in Europe not only agreed that Saddam possessed dangerous weapons, but made their own speeches about the matter. (P.S. Immediately before the war, Saddam had his weapons shipped to Syria. Look it up on the Internet, if you're not too lazy).
