Thats trillions with a T. It will be one heck of a job if the next president can get us headed in the right direction in two terms of office, he has set the country back to the dark days of the Reagan administration. But if anybody can do it Hillary can.

I think about 20 years or more, considering the US wants to embark on a new space project in 2015 to go to the moon. i'm not US citizen by the way.lol. They might want to wage another war, say Iran or N. Korea?
