First, learn to speak English, then go to the job centre, they have loads of jobs in Poland now because they have all come to the UK, so you would have better luck over there, they have taken all the spare jobs over here.

You probably need to apply for one first, perhaps attend an interview or suchlike and then if you get it you can start. You might not get paid for a few weeks though. Good luck.
