These Southern "gentlemen" had numerous illegitimate children with their slaves. How can someone have children with a person you berate? Why would someone continue on this power trip unless they were devoid of any decency?

Hi, my name is Yasirah. I have a deep interest in learning more about Gulf Arabian culture (Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc). My interest is more cultural than political/religious. Im not studying anthropology...but i would like to know what opportunities would i have available to me to meet the women of the culture and learn about their everyday lives whether it is formal or informally. I was thinking i may have an opportunity if a study or work there. Can anybody tell me what to expect and what my situation would be like? I would also like to know if there are currently any student exchange/cultural exchange problems. I really need your help. Thankyou so much!

For the war in Iraq?

I didn't get the weapons of mass destruction that were the SOLE purpose of the war.

I have 3,000 FEWER fellow American citizens because they were KILLED looking for those weapons.

I have yet another middle eastern country that has now succomed to terrorists because of the U.S. invasion.

I'm LESS safe today than before we invaded Iraq.

So WHAT am I getting, besides watching the military play with their expensive toys in the deserts of some once-soverign nation?

I got a pakring ticket for 42$ but it also gives me court time at 5 PM. on the top, it says "you are hereby summoned to appear before the court to answer the complaint charging you...", then all the info about the car.

can i just pay the fine? or i have to go to court for this? or i have to get a waiver in order to stay out of court?

i just want to pay the fine and finish the problem

From the way I understand it, Barack Obama doesn't support gay marriage, but he does support civil unions. Is this correct? And I believe he does support a woman's right to have an abortion. Is this correct, also?

Both John Kerry and Ted Kennedy publically agreed with him. Why is Bush the only one getting ripped apart about it now? I'm sure he didn't even think of it himself, the CIA just had eveidence that Saddam had been creating a nuclear program in the late 80s and early 90s. Of course there is reason to believe that there are nuclear weapons there. Thats just what makes sense and that is why both democrats and republicans thought there were weapons there. I just don't see how its fair to blame everything on Bush and say he lied

my boyfriend got arrested for grand larceny. He later got R&R after the weekend in jail. Now he has a court date coming up. He needs to get monies up for a lawyer. Can he adjourne the court date? Is this hard to do? He was never arrested ever before this so we arent familiar with these things !!!

The reason i ask is because i entered this country legally the last time i entered was in 1997 i am now 18 and married i am trying to fix my status but my problem is i lost my i-94 card. i never returned it. my question is, is there a way to get a copy of that card by contacting the uscis to continue with my paper work? ANOTHER mother killed her kids and just got off today ... is anyone else outraged?!?!?!? and if they really are mentally ill, shouldn't the kids be taken away from them just like they're taken away from alcoholics and drug addicts? (this mother was hospitalized before).. seriously WTF???
