Nah except maybe half-truths if that. I've given up on the guy. People who don't follow politics on TV, the newspaper or news magazines, however, will believe every word he says.

If we use mathematics (probability theory) the answer is No Bush will not tell the truth. He will say I will not pull out of Iraq unless ending the mission and he will ask Iraqi Gov. to be more involved.He will declare sending more troops to Iraq (20000 soldiers).
So,where is the truth he is telling?

What's the difference, it will not alter his biggest problem, which is his incompetence and same for many in his administration. The biggest problem in not that he lies about Iraq, it's that nearly every action we have taken there has failed. See arrogence.
