You must be very worried. You keep asking this question. The legal age of consent in Lousiana is 17. You previously stated that she was 17 years old. It appears that you may get away with it. However.... if she has a father, brother, or big male cousins.... you may wish you were in protective custody.You are a pig! Maybe you should be asking if a 21 yr old man who has sex with a 17 yr old girl should have a mental health evaluation.

Yes, if the girl files charge and the state believes it is warranted, the guy could EXTREMELY easily end up serving big time and popping up on the Dr Phil sex offender's database.

Yes because the states are stupid. Even if the girl had fake ID and looked like she was 21 and over, the guy will still go to jail. Stupid blind justice....

Yep, it's called statutory rape. It isn't blind justice, it is the law of that state intended to protect minors from abuse. If we abolish such laws, then all laws to protect should be abolished and then you get anarchy. Keep it in your pants guys until you are sure.
